The beautiful real estate development of Eden Isle is situated south of the main village on the island of Caye Caulker, Belize. Eden Isle, a quiet & natural area, has developed slowly over the years as each property has been offered for sale. The developer, who has owned this land since the 70's, has sold waterfront and sea view property at a controlled rate in order to have as little impact as possible on the wildlife and the community.
